Piling Rig

The customer had some initial ideas about how to pile in readiness for build but with a piece of equipment that would enable a quick method to make the pile vertical before ground entry.

Through our work with the customer we were able to assist in the design process before commencing manufacture. A number of articulation and control methods were tried until the final design was completed.

Work in the design office moved onto fabrication drawings before release to the shop floor for manufacture.

Once complete and delivered, the customer reported a complete success with no lost piles and a much quick alignment process
